What is this bug?

Today I was moving plant positions and I noticed this dead leave its the only one also noticed this little bug at the bottom of my pot I've looked in the soil and can't find any more but found this one on a piece of wood I used to prop up the plant for drainage
is this anything to worry about? Thinking it moght be aphids or wtv but not sure

Also found this on another plant

Looks like an aphid nymph.
