So im gonna ask based off of the drying curing process not done right. What part of it do you have to F up for it ruin the fermenting process?
to wet when it goes into jars
too dry
not burping the jars properly this would be the main cause to mess up fermentation need oxygen for this part to work
or not long enough a cure
a long proper cure fixes ALOT
ive had to chop like emergency style with in days of feeding 900 EC + nutes
and i never had no popping or sizzle after a month or so of being in jars
