Ergonomic growing. We need a new forum!

It always he little things that make or break something.

My room is very small, very very short. I was getting a sore back bending over the plants to train, trim, etc. I found an old, padded chair, took the legs off ans squeezed it into my grow closet. My back thanks it every time I sit down.

Small change, but I enjoy going in there so much more now.

The single best thing I did was to insulate my growroom when I built it. It's in an attic and temps get a few degrees below freezing this time of year, even during the day. Thanks to the insulation and running my light cycle so that the 600w hps is on during nighttime, my temps have yet to fall below 19c (bout 65f) and it was -3c outside!

I'm all for an ergonomics forum, I have a small beanbag in my room for me to sit on while I tend to them/blaze one up with them

i think the 2 best things i did in my grow roomwere .
and no i didnt invent either they just make life easier are.
1. yoyo style light hangers to get my light up out of the way so im not knockin my head on it or breaking by splashing water on it when feeding.
and second is.
2. i have 2 25 gallon plastic drums in there 1 plain water and 1 for water nutrient mix.
i have a water line installed in there and fill it with a hose.
the plain water gets to sit around and have the chlorine evaporate. the other makes it easier to mix up nutes.
then i have a submersible pump in each with a hose and a watering wand attached to the pump. like for washing a car ... then each plant gets 4 seconds of watering.
that idea i stole from a grow video .... and it really does make life easier.

Phinxer, do you air aid your water? I ended up buying a aquarium pump with some stones on it to air aid my watering tub. I decided i didn't like feeding my plants un oxygenated water.

To put up diamond mylar awsome stuff, got 2 rolls from ebay 25m by 1.4 at a bargain price with free delivery, my sweet tooth buds are looking like award winners, dam fine gangster, it really was money well spent.
