looks like it's ph related problem look at your spots on leaves it's other problem then your phosphorus deficiency , water with 6.5 and check your first run off come out of pot it should be at optimum range if not correct it with flush , your leaves look droppy it's could be from underwater or overwatering or root damage , also pot size is ok to me .

its very important to narrow down what the diagnoses is.

From the first look you are over watering...that could be your first task. decrease watering.

I've let the soil completely dry in between each feed
There is Calcium deficiency in those plants for one thing, leaves are yellowing from nitrogen burn too.. You should flush them out with pure RO water a few times until there is run off then leave them for a week under the lights... Also get some Calmag into them!
