What Is The Problem?!?! Pics Inside!

These are my mother plants. I've had them for over 6 months starting from clones. This problem started about a May 27th. I sprayed some fungicide and flushed them with only RO water for 4 days and noticed it stopped doing what the first pic shows (like something is eating the fan leaves). Now 2 days later (June 10th) I notice its doing it again!

I have searched all over the net and even checked a couple books but can't figure out what is causing it. At first I thought something could be eating the leaves. I've inspected the leaves all over but found nothing. My temp and humidity have been fine. I also have been using the same water and nutrients the entire time. I've also taken many clones off these plants and have had no issues with them at all.

Now I also notice what the 2nd pic shows, the leaves not fully developing.

Oh and I now notice tiny white spots on the leaves as well!!!

What could be the issue?!?!?!?!

That was my initial thought. I have 8 mother plants. Its doing it too all 8 plants. I've searched the hell out of them and don't see anything.

Also, why would it stop for a week and start going again?

Hmmm... Maybe they got nommed by some birds. Who knows. A couple little guys can thrash a small single plant. Here's how to make a cheap and safe Caterpillar repellent:

Chop up some orange peels and pour boiling water over them in a bowl. Cover the bowl and allow to sit overnight. The next day, strain through a cheesecloth and put into a spray bottle. The citrus scents will repel those bastards. As well, this is completely safe and organic for your plant. I wouldn't spray flowers with it.
