What is the most potent strain of marijuana right now?

and it kinda seems like that guy keeps forgetting that when you seperate the tricombs from the plant material, its taking the plant materials portion of the % of not thc away, creating less "not thc" and more tch per area... i mean he makes some good points but i really dont thing that the weed we have now is just the same as the 70s... i mean ive seen people hit good shit and just cripple out, and are you saying theres no difference between shwag and dank budds? or just that its so miniscule that it doesnt count, because if thats the case it also doesnt make much sence... i really just think that because of the laws against MJ we wont be able to properly study and anolize this subject.

when they did test in the 760s and 60s they pumped combusted plant material (50 joints worth) into a face mask on monkeys, with no breaks, no clean air between hits, just 50 js worth of smoke and nothing else, this is why MJ is considered bad and should be illegal... the signs that they said the weed caused like brain damage and all the other shit was because the lack of oxygen, not the presence of weed. so that kinda made them throw out any further serious study on the plant and thc in general.

and hey if they are just throwing numbers at us its ok... theyre just throwing names too... if it gets me high and helps me through the day its good by me, no matter he thc %.

and... i thought the general concensus was that every part of the plant contains some amount of thc. whether its the stems, fan leaves, bud leaves or just budds... not just the tricomb heads... am i wrong?

The THC is only made in the trichrome heads which we know are less that one percent of the plant matter. Much lower THAN 1%. Taking into account that your dried plant material is generally about 25% of your wet plant weight. So even if the Trichrome heads were a whopping 1% of the plant material would still leave the Trichrome content at 5% That is assuming that the Trichrome head is 100% THC, which it definitely isnt. THC is only a small percentage of the trichrome head.

I would love to hear someone explain how these THC percentages could possibly be accurate. This has boggled me for years!

When you seperate the trichromes from the plant material, it is called hash. I would be willing to believe their ridiculously THC percentages on the hash if I wasnt pretty sure they used the same machines that they used to determine the percentages of the plant matter.

Every part of the plant contains some trichrome heads but very little THC makes it anywhere but the trichrome head.

Could they possibly be saying that it is the percentage of THC IN the trichrome heads? If so, the number of trichrome heads produced would be much more important than the percentage of THC in each head. We should all just grow the frostiest!

Next time you look at a nice bud, try and imagine that only a small portion of the trichrome head has any THC at all. Now try to convince yourself that you are holding !/4 of that in THC. I shoulda posted this in the thread on marijuana myths because I just cant believe people are buying this crap.

lol all we have here is reggie..We NEVER see weed around here that has a name.. Except in the 80s there was some good shit nick named "Christmas Tree" and/or "Red Haired Sense" that tasted like a pine tree ( no seeds,light green,red hairs ).. Ive always loved that taste as it meant that the weed was top shelf ( for around here I guess ) but I havent seen any of that type of weed in many many many yrs..I did however have the privilage of smoking a 1/2 a joint of what was called "Black Gunji" or "Love Boat" I think its also called ,that was pure black and really sticky and wet.. 2 hits and I slept for like 6 hrs..lol..

Alaskan Ice - always over 21% THC
White Rhino - over 1,5% CBD

Galaxy God Bud and Universe God Bud - both over 30% THC - top that...
