What is the most economic microgreen setup?

June bearing usually take a season to really take off, in my limited experience outdoors. Maybe too much nitrogren, especially with lots of vegetative growth and no fruit? Day neutral might be worth a shot?
Don't get me wrong, there's lot's of fruit but not really a $ making scale for the time/space
It would be very costly to run them under lights for 2 seasons to get a crop I would think.
I had seen something talking about popping your june bearers in the fridge for 2 weeks to reset them?

they are doing pretty dang good..as good as the led bars which have higher watts

what i like is 20 w per tube seems to do good so its looking like ..120-160 w per 4 x4 to get good salad

our test is not totally done but pretty much..they are the best $/w i have seen ..self powered etc

It has the same wild ancestor as the beet, that's about all I know. I like to saute it and make pasta with it, throw it in stuffed pizzas, whatever. Like spinach, only way tastier. I grow it in my garden and it just keeps producing, even July I was picking leaves off in 90+ weather.

How are you growing it? Like lettuce? NFT?
