Planning on building a grow box that will fit a 3x3 trey.

I also want to build another closet that will house the mother and the rooting of the clones abover or below.

I want to build it out of wood, and paint it or stain it whatever will make it look just like a closet. Any suggestions on what to do for that I would appreciate it as well. I am going to put milar in the box for reflextive material but I would love suggestions on what to do with the outside. but most importantly the wood. I am not sure if using a different kind is better for heat or humidty or any other factors that come in.

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THE BEST WOOD TO USE IS???

The cheapest is best. Plywood, etc. You really aren't going to have extremes of heat and humidity unless you kill your plants, especially if you paint/stain/cover it with mylar. And after a single grow I can almost guarantee you'll want to chuck your first one and make a new one with all you've learned.

Instead of making a box, I bought a pre-made wardrobe for almost as cheap as I could buy the wood. You can see it in my sig.

Good luck!

Anyways you can take a picture of the top of the cab so I can see what holes you cut out. Also do you have a whole with ducting to the carob filter or is there no hole for that, do you just stick it in the top and it will take the odor out even under the wood you have it on?

There is just a vent up there. A flat own like you would put over a floor heating duct. The air passively exits.
