i try and keep my smoking to a min when im at my garden otherwise i just sit there and talk to my plants and dont get anything done LOL

nice, looks like some purple pheno coming through on the leaves i woulda threw it outside in the cold for the night to see if i could get em to show on the buds....not that it makes em more potent but it looks perty

The cat on my profile with some of our ducks ( both are deceased) was named Crystal. And when my daughter was little and we used to live in an apartment I had some vegging Mazar I Shariff x Skunk #1 going on the sativa phenotypes. And i mentioned to my daughter please dont go in the room. She goes ok Daddy. Minutes later I saw my daughter staring at the mother plants and Crystal was rolling in the hydro tray ( use to do hydro about 12 years ago). Funny shit.

so looks like you are all about the ScROG method Cali....howcome you dont let the screen fill up more with LST?

i have been thinking about doing another ScROG but it seems like it takes a long time to fill up that screen and i have seen some amazing plants grown out with no training or cutting. I always tie the top of the plant down to the rim of the pot for 2 weeks then release it, this gives me a smaller bushy plant with more tops

Depends what I feel like really. I LST onto a screen when I see 3 nodes. Rather than your traditional scrog. Could use more time in vegetation possibly thats all. Basically if i feel like being more intimate with my plants then i'll lst onto a screen. Hated lsting on the soil itself or strings to sides of pots.

to an extent i agree with you, have done alot of LSTing to the sides of pots some plants i did it for 4 weeks straight running the plant alonh the entire rim of the bucket. now i wait till about week 3 tie down once to let the auxins spread through the plant and then untie it. its just enough to get the side branches to reach up a bit and bush out the plant. i dont know if i like the scrog method so much as it requires additional veg time and training.
i just put a rooted clone into my flower room want to see how that does 12/12 from rooted clone and what the yeild is off it. trying to dial in a good size to put them into flower so i can get a nice yeild off each plant and have morre plants per cycle. im looking ot try and get 2-3 OZ off each plant and possibly harvest 5 plants every 2 weeks but space and time are a huge issue for me right now, i know i can get 2-3 Oz off one plant its getting the timing down so im not overcrowding my flower room and getting more bud/plant ratio if that makes any sense.....
the place im growing right now i promised the guy 1 plant every cycle as his payment for letting me do my deal at his spot. he is content with that since im paying for everything (including electricity) but he is taking the risk of having the op in his home.

When it comes to first doing LST the first train is the hardest to do. Because you are questioning yourself if you have a chance of snapping it. I am sure we have gone through that in the past or even till now. Almost like jumping in a cold pool. At first feel the water might be horribly frigid but after a while in it you get use to it or possibly die of hypothermia lol.

A heavily DC leaning Deep Chunk x G13. It produces very weak yields... But the quality is like nothing I have seen before.
