What is the best ratio

Guano,Cow Manure, Vermiculite and soil were just recommended to me by an expert grower and box constructor. I just don't know what ratio to use. Do I mix it all in a barrel evenly and then plant?

Their is a ton of info on ratios if you do a search. Never heard of cow manure. Maybe worm castings? But theirs a lot of factors involved. Example, what soil, how hot? etc. I am no soil expert but I keep it simple. Soil, worm castings and perlite. 70 20 10 approx.
