what is the best ppm meter for the buck

well i was looking for a good but cheap well some what cheap ppm meter i have looked at HM for about 20 bucks on ebay and some other brands. I also went to my hydro shop but the guys there mark the prices up like 60% so fuck them

i would like to hear from some of you guys that have ppm meters mabe some pros and cons thanks

I bought the bluelab combometer for my system. It came with a 5 year warranty and it let you see all you needed to know about what is up in your res. (ec,ph and res temp) I'm a first time grower so the guy could have sold me anything..heh. It has up till now worked well for me. The next time I will clean it is next sunday when I change my res. A bit high prized but I hope it is worth every penny..
