'06 Civic. I pushed that thing for all it was worth. I don't mean by way of speed, I was more concerned with what it could move via 1 7/8 hitch.

You'd be surprised, lol.

Those things are ridiculously durable.

Fav was the classic muscle car, but that's another category altogether.

i prefer new muscle
5.5l v8 biturbo, 580hp/590torque.. actually getting to the ground, throwing a 4500lb luxury car with amenities that would blow your mind to 60mph in 3.5 seconds

but yea... thats just for girls

I am so fucked up

uuhhh ... wait, what thread?

Oh yeah. Fav conveyances.

I had two such, at opposite ends of the power/economy graph. (Heavily biased toward economy.)
Economy was the 1992 Honda Civic VX. Sixty honest mpg without hybrid flummery ... until the great state of Western-Earth decided to mix an oxygen-rich summer fuel. I found tht that car became a linear and sensitive gauge for how much actual gasoline was in my gas.

Power was the 1998 BMW M3, four doors, five speeds, six cylinders and an absolute fucking delight to drive ... hard in the hills or gently behind tentative trafficjammers. I sill remember my 1-year0old daughter in the tortoiseshell strapped into the back seat : "Go fast Daddy! Make a NOISE!" ~

I'm back into some serious modern HP (saucy, but not the sauce) and my munchkin doesn't dig fishtailing much, but I can't help but laugh as I type this...

Edit: saying that I am back into some modern HP might sound dickish, or something like that. We (wife and I) work like mad for what we have, nothing's a given. Ebb and flow, etc...

I had a '97 jeep wrangler with 6" suspension lift, 35" boggers, lockers, skid plates, 4.56 gears. I sure miss that thing, there are some fun wheeling trails in New England. I also had a 2005 gsx-r 1000, not exactly a car, but was fun as hell :) Thumbs up on all the other vehicles here, you guys listed some nice rides.

What the hell did you pay for it?

$5,500
I have done some modifications since this picture. MRAP high speed gears, new old stock heater, bunch of seals (pinions, hub/CTIS), CTIS protection rings, stereo, gps, interior lights and had CAT turn the HP up. I have a new style air dryer and led lights and light bar I want to install. I also plan to repaint it OD green, get a new troop cover, sound proofing mat and new seats.
