Should have read your whole post before I had to jump up and say "pick me". ;>)
I did my AKR grow in tiny little pots. They are 7 inches square and, I believe just
3-quart size. So I really kept their size down by using the micro-pots. Tell the truth,
curing an oz/per in 7-inch pots in less than 60 days from autos is nothing to sneeze at, imo.
Because the plant's whole life cycle is over in 2 months it doesn't make sense to even use
a 3-gallon pot. I would put her in a 2 or 2 1/2 gallon pot and make sure they get enough water
in this heat. Water them twice a day and avoid the afternoon droops.
