What is on my leaves?

I'm in second week of flowering and wondering what this is on my leaves? I dont see any bugs and for the most part they look healthy. Thanks ahead for any help.

u better look a little closer,looks like thrip damage to me

It's bugs can't remember off the top of my head but you'll find them.

2nd pic clearly shows a bunch of critters, loupe them , google them, get rid of them.
