Not sure what freddys is. You can find it most local grocery stores in the syrup isle sitting next to the Pancake and kiro syrups. I found mine at walmart. I know some people that arent in the US find it at health food stores.

You should only use the molassas during the last 2 weeks of flowering, NOT during veg.
I would flush the plants you were feeding it to during veg. before you put into flower.

I am using molasses right now, at the end of flowering... So far, the plant seems to be enjoying it! There are crystals all over my bud, and they got a lot more dense real fast!

What? will this really harm the plant during veg? I thought the roots loved living in the most complex soil they can?

One serving of two teaspoons contains 32 calories and the following minerals:

manganese 0.36 mg, 18.0 % daily value
copper 0.28 mg, 14.0 % daily value
iron 2.39 mg, 13.3 % daily value
calcium 117.53 mg, 11.8 % daily value
potassium 340.57 mg, 9.7 % daily value
magnesium 29.38 mg, 7.3 % daily value
selenium 2.43 mcg, 3.5 % daily value

Figured I would post these numbers this is whats inside two teaspoons of grandma's molasses. The daily value is for human consumption.
