What is it to much nutes, bugs, mildew, light burn?

Yea this aero grow they had a rough start with to much nutes but recovered. So now what wrong? Please help I have put all I got in this.

Almost looks like Thrips, but thier eggs are more white. Never had the spider mites, but ... could be.
