Hi gang

DTW.
60%humidity.
26-27 celsius. (Ran 24 with hid, read u need higher temp with LEDs)
Constant airflow and movement.
Coco with 30% perlite.
3L fabric pots.
Plagron coco a+b, power roots and pure zym at 75% strength of week 1 schedule.
LED with 440 meanwell and samsung chips, 3 of 5 lightbars on. 1.7 meter distance.

Put them in 3L pots monday, gave 1L og 50% strengt, no runoff.
Gave another liter tuesday at 75% with runoff.
Gave nothing wednesday.
Gave 0.5liters thursday at 75% with runoff

Looks like shit to me. I love this hobby but im getting tired of failing. This is my 5th attempt in 7 months. Never gotten into flower.

Been reading daily these last 6months to educate myself. But have not concluded about watering practise in coco/perlite under LEDs. My first attempts was with biobizz. I got fungus gnats and all sorts of problems. Decided to change to something Ive seen done successfully, plagron coco series. Even exchanged my airpots for fabric pots just to copy as much as possible what I've seen works. Only diff now is i have LEDs.

Can anybody see from the pictures whats wrong? To much water? To much nutes causing lockout?

Thanks in advance for any reply

Coco basics:
Feed daily to substantial run off using weak nutes with a pH around 6.0.
Never let it get dry and never give plain water.
If you want to learn the best and correct way to grow in coco, this is the best place I know............www.cocoforcannabis.com.
Good luck and welcome.

I can't summarize for shit. Mickfoster nailed it, including the website suggestion. Cocoforcannabis was THE turning point in my grow game

I'm no expert at diagnosing plant problems but they look nute burned.........you didn't indicate your nute strength other than you were using 50% - 75%.
If you weren't feeding daily to run off........that could be a problem as well.
You cannot overwater a 70/30 coco/perlite mix.
You also didn't indicate the pH of your nute solution.
The more info you can provide the easier it is for someone to help.

For now, I would flush with a very weak nute solution pH'd at 6.0........then start a daily fertigation routine with mild nutes.

You would be wise to read the info in the coco website I provided for you.

fuck the coco off, go hydro DWC is the easiest, maintain 18c-21c water temps and PH around 5.8-6.2 and youll be fine.
if you fail that then give up growing, its not for everyone.

Obviously I’m shooting from the hip here
BUT
To me they look like clones still trying to get out of root establishment. You put them in new pots 4 days ago now.
The leaves twisted reminds me of mine when the roots are unhappy for some reason. Is that a new development?

How did the roots look when you transplanted? Were the previous containers all filled with roots that could hold shape or did they fall apart?

How are your night time temps? Roots will explode with temps around 75F/24C. Cold slows them.

I’m here to learn and try to help. Nute burn takes a bit to show so if these took a dive after transplant I think that’s what you’re dealing with. Shock and maybe stress.

gotcha! I agree with Michican. Why?

24 hours light is a debated technique. While I’ve read of success with 24 I’ve only seen and met 18/6 peeps.

The guys able to research now, I think, are testing how few hours we can pack all their light requirements into.

My test with 24 hours left my seedling plants unhappy. Being more expensive to run that way I’ve never looked back.

Plants breath in one big breath during the day and one big breath out at night which is why you’ll see CO2 supplementation during day hours only. Also I believe more root growth happens at night.

All food for thought. I would give them a rest period and see how they react. If that’s it you’ll see a difference fast. I also think if you figure out what is bothering them they’ll explode.

Don’t give up! You’re probably on the verge of breakthrough.
