what is Ist or 1st.... that people use on here.

someone said to Ist or 1st my plant. dont know what this means but i see it on here all the time. im thinking it has something to do with trimming but dont know... can u fill me in!

lately there seems to be a sense of superiority floating around. A few people seem to have forgot what it was like to be new with questions. Unfortunately this can and will chase off new people that may someday soon be HUGE contributors to our site.

LST - Acronym for Low-Stress Training, the technique of manipulating the branches in order to reduce plant height, expose certain branches to light, and/or distribute hormones to lower branches of the plant to encourage larger buds.
