Nend more details about your grow.

You brought outside plants inside. Probably pests infesting because they can't keep it moving

The second set of pics (outdoors) look very good. The indoor pics are not looking so great. What lights (wattage) are you running?, what are you growing in (soil, coco, etc)?, what are the nutes? Lastly how big are those containers?

There in fox farm soil.. fish fert/calmag/bloomboost. The smaller ones I was forced to flip to flower with the big one as I needed room for seeds I actually wanted to grow. Lol total watts is 320w. Real watts.
Prophet above commented about them going outdoors to indoors and yes they did as that was the only option so the best I could do was treat with neem to prevent bugs and have not seen any bugs or bug marks on the plants ( to my knowledge) .
They have been stressed to as I was out of town and things with the lights got a little haywire thanks to curious roommates . I felt like all the small ones look good just short but they o ly vegd for lile 3 weeks.
Will post update when i get up.

Don't overthink it. Pinch all that small growth down there off. That growth below ain't going to amount to much anyhow. The smaller pics of plants look fine to me. The larger pics look like some pests may have tried you.. look under the leaves with a microscope, and see if you can identify what may be doing damage.
