what is going on with my clone

is this nute burn or is it deficient i put the clone in to a soil and perlite mix the soil has got nutes in it so i have been giving plan P.H. water for a week but now my fan leaves have go like this there are also some leave tocoing i was thinking Cal-Mag deficiant or nitro has ran out in soil.

You have Nitrogen deficiency. Since you have been giving it plain water I would say it's time to start feeding. The first pic looks like it has little tiny spots on the leaves. If that's not just some dust or something then you have either Calcium deficiency or spider mites. A better pic would make it more clear. If there are no bugs on or flying around your leaves then you just need to feed them more, probably.

What type of soil blend is this, and how old are these cuttings?.

yes i have recently had probs with spider mites and black fly i had to toss one plant because I sprayed this killer on them and it burnt the shit out of her leaves and a lot fell off i have just ordered some neem oil it should be herr tomorrow morning so i will give her a spray asap thanks greenman28 i will give some nitro next time i water her
