are those top colas? is that in soil? more importantly, what type of lights are you using? sorry, but those plants don't look right at all. your plants should look larger than that 2 weeks into flower. just start over from scratch now and save yourself money on the water & power bill.

Sorry pardner but those bud sites never had "big colas", a big cola is the same size as your forearm. You should continue to flower them for another week or two and then repost here for advice on whether or not to abort the grow and restart. Under that much HID lighting they should actually be much more fully formed and just needing to bulk up and ripen over the next 3-4 weeks.

I would have to question your bulbs, are they used? Because of the initial cost, new growers often cobble together old equipment to get started and a common mistake is to use an old bulb. The amount of visible light emitted can be deceiving, if the bulb has been used for more than about 10 - 12 months it is below the recommended lumen output required for vigorous growth. The longer it is used past that point the weaker the light becomes to the plant while remaining apparently viable to the human eye.

it looks like someone cut the colas off,its pretty clear in 1 pic,you can see where the end of the branch was cut off, theres even brown spot where its trying to repair itself, theres tons of trikes all over everything,id be asking you wife or room mates who cut the tops off, they dont just go away, unless you smoking them, lol.ive had plants die from no water with big buds, and come back to find dryed big buds on the plant.like the other guy said, get your story right.lol

Yeah if your buds disappeared its because they where cut off. Did you cut them off thinking you could smoke them? If not then some one did. Dude I would be pissed. Your wasting tons of electricity.

Really should consider restarting. I know its a pain and a long process but its what needs done.

ok I found it....its called "cresting" or fasciation. its sort of a rare thing....heres some info I found on icmag and a pic to confirm it

Fasciation (or cresting) is a condition of plant growth in which the apical meristem, normally concentrated around a single point, producing approximately cylindrical tissue, becomes elongated perpendicularly to the direction of growth, producing flattened, ribbon-like, crested, or elaborately contorted tissue. The phenomenon may occur in the stem, root, fruit, or flower head.

Fasciation can be caused by a mutation in the meristematic cells, bacterial infection, mite or insect attack, or chemical or mechanical damage. Some plants may inherit the trait.

Fasciation is rare overall, but has been observed in at least a hundred different plant species, including members of Aloe, Celosia, Delphinium, Digitalis, Euphorbia, Forsythia, Primula, Acer, Prunus, Cannabis and many genera of Cactaceae (cactus) and Salix. Cresting results in undulating folds instead of the typical "arms" found on mature Saguaro cactus.[1] Some varieties of Celosia are raised especially for their dependably fasciated flower heads, for which they are called "cockscomb
