What is going on here?

These guys are taking ages !
I thought they'd be done - 9 weeks in but don't even look close - am I right?
They came as a 3 pack of northern lights and the other 2 have been done ages!
And is it me or do these buds look odd??
How long u think?

I'm mega confused so any help / suggestions or comments would help - thx

Looks like they were getting too hot ( canoeing leaves ) and foxtails .
If they are really 9 weeks old then they are pretty much as good as it will get.
White pistils are still present and some leaf fade ( typical with late stage ) but looks like chunky buds ( hard to tell how big overall ) from pics.

If its not done then its not done. I cant really tell from the pictures. But ill wait for it if i were you, is that 9 weeks from seed or switch to flower? I never count mine, i just decide when i want it to flower base on height, then i let it finish when she wants to be finish
