What is going on here ?!

Hey everyone! Today I went into my tent to find these yellow/orange spots all over the top leaves of my sour auto. It’s weird I’ve never seen anything like this. I’m using the same nutrients that I used my last water !

Apply sulfur sprays or copper-based fungicides weekly at first sign of disease to prevent its spread. These organic fungicides will not kill leaf spot, but prevent the spores from germinating. Safely treat most fungal and bacterial diseases with SERENADE Garden.
 
If it were me, before doing anything, confirm all your pH parameters (water, feed, soil, etc)...then confirm them again.
