What is causing this discoloration of my flowering plant?

I've been flowering for about a month and my leaves started doing this. I think my Ph meter is broken, as it continues to tell me its 7. Is she under or overfertilzed? what can I do?

I've also been use fox farm nutes and she's under a 400w hps at 12/12.
