What is causing my leaves to grow this way

Whats up guys this is my second grow and im wondering why my blue mystic and papaya are growing like this
I have 8 plants in an ebb and flow system that are going to be my mothers. 3 plants are growing weird im not sure if its a nut deff or its ph related or what...im using hose water that i let sit for a day before i use it im using BC boost and BC grow for my nutes and the ph is at 6.3-6.5 not really sure whats they were all good and i didnt see them for a week and when i came back they looked like this...i have some insects that got in also would they be able to do this?

How are the roots looking? Nice and white or brown? Any slime on the bottom of the cube? Overwatering/root problems/and improper ph can cause what you are seeing. For starters your ph, IMO is too high for the method of growing you are using. Make sure it stays between 5.5 and 6.1 no matter what nutrient instructions say. Some say 5.5-6.5...but in my opinion anything over 6.1 is asking for problems. Also...what is the temp of the nutrient solution when you water? What is the temp in the root zone? Anything above 75F is gonna give you issues and might lead to pythium.
