what is a unapproved visitor message

I have a notification that says I have an unapproved visitor message. When I click it nothing shows up. What is that? How do I get rid of the notification?

nope none at all so far, i tried to fix it for some people and couldnt because no one had anything on their page sorry

Same thing with me. It is not a major issue. Just semi annoying. Please update if anything changes.
