Don't want it expensive, and not looking for a ph meter. Ph meters are way more problematic. I will get liquid ph tester, and a tds meter. What do you guys suggest.
I ain't buying that. I hear bad reviews for them as well. Personally I'm finding it doesn't matter if you have a $14 meter or a $200 meter, they all are garbage. There is just no consistent reviews. Some like you say it works, others say its trash. Idk if they have quality control issues or not. I decided to keep my ph and tds meter. The tds meter seems on point, so mainly keeping it because of that. Im getting a general hydroponics ph liquid tester. That should be more reliable, then I can use both ph testing methods to get a good average on were im at. I was gonna save for a ph meter like yours, its just way to many mixed reviews for a products that costs 100 bucks.Blue lab all the way for me mate they are about 130$ aus dollar
Exactly what I'm doing. Keeping my ph meter, then buying a general hydroponics liquid ph tester. I hear better things about that. I can use both to hopefully give me a good range. It comes with ph up and ph down as well. I just dont know if I would ever want to use them, I hear positives and negatives about using them. Some people say its good, but others say it can build up and throw your soil ph off. Im using happy frog, so it should be ph buffered already.Maybe...get 2 different cheap TDS pens off Amazon.
That way you have a backup and hopefully one of the 2 is accurate.
My fav not so cheap. Able to calibrate.
