What is a good strain for Anxiety/PTSD ?

Sup people Hope everyone is doing swell,

I live with pretty annoying anxiety and PTSD. Being in Australia and how the market here is, you don't know what you're getting, and due to the fact that its an illegal market almost everyone just wants the product that will ''fuck you up'' the most. Very rarely I get flower that really seems to keep me uplifted with clarity, and its amazing But sure enough, next time I go and pickup, its a completely new product. I assume thats because I might be getting an Indica ?

Problem being, Sativas seriously don't agree with me I can smoke them but its not enjoyable having a majorly rushy high, when I already find it difficullt to control my thoughts sober ahah. I've got some bag seed going on, but I want something that I can use very specifically for myself to help with anxiety and PTSD.

Look forward to seeing the replies, and if you know of a good seed bank that can deliver to Australia please drop a name, it's hard to find a legit site.

EDIT !!!! (Some might say I'm lightweight ect, which could very well be true...but smoking less simply doesn't stop the rushy effects, its just less severe but extremely noticable)

You should try a cbd strain...dinafem has lots of cbd crosses right now i am trying for pain and anxiety....attitude carries them.....ship super stealth......hope this helps.

Hey bud. I know exactly what you mean, I have anxiety too. It sucks. @stnr420 is right about dinafem and their cbd strains.
Last year I grew cotton candy from delicious seeds for myself it's 75% sativa/25% Indica, but I found it to be relaxing, but euphoric and energizing without adding any anxiety. Amnesia Kush was another one, it's from Dinafem. It also gave me a good high without couch lock and anxiety.
I've got shit to do during the day, but like to enjoy my pot. Lol what your experiencing is similar to what I go through, all the good stuff just really knocks you out. I hope this helps.

Hey thanks for the reply guys I've been looking into them but all Aus suppliers don't seem to have CBD strains but ill definately have to check out Dinafem now !! cheers

Ahah Amen , tis no fun at all but it's great you've found something to help ! + It's fun (Pharma meds are the worst !)

Suggestion- Why don't you just order a few indica dom strains that you can get in Aus, and start trying to find some that work.....I'm not sure exactly what you need with your situation ...I mainly grow for people with Seizure issues and Cancer patients ....However, if your looking for something to relax your body and mind ....I suggest a long flowered OG Kush ....I personally am in Cali and get my OGK from clones ....But I'm sure you could find something close in seed form that would work .......the key part IMO is to flower them nice and long ....makes for a great bedtime/relaxing smoke.

I'm checking out Bonza Seeds now and have DinaFem Amnesia and some Barneys Farm Pineapply Chunk in my cart The Barneys is pre strong indica apparently but as you said..if I flower for longer I hope it makes for a great relaxing end result Seriously can't wait for the day I can go get some clones from down the road ahah !
