except use a flat pan and let it dry for a week or two.
you can use ground hash or kief in the extractor as well. it works best with kief.

not if you let it dry for a week and use 5 times filtered butane.
it tastes like sweet bud.

they make cheap stuff that has oils and crap added to it. you DO NOT want to use this. the stuff i use is filter cleaned at least 5 times. meaning it's very "clean" butane. try a cigar store. i order mine online. http://www.cigarextras.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=272
