Looks like a root aphid. I only know how to kill them if you aren't using the medium presently. Boiling hot water flush. Sterilizes the medium. If you're using that medium maybe some diatomaceous Earth? Don't know if it would effect them as small as they are.

Yeah there's a good amount. I only see them water days, they float to the top.

Boiling water that doesn't sound good.

Definitely get you some microbes running. I use "recharge" no predators in recharge but your plant will love it.

Thank you guys! I was thinking over watering also. I would soak plant and get run off. I'm thinking she needs more dry days.

Imo those are harmless soil mites/spring tails They always come in the coco. Root aphids look like tiny grubs kinda. Marshmallow man body. You'd know if you had root aphids
Aphids legs have a bend in them going to the back. That's a telltale sign if it's an aphid. Which the one in the pic does not.

Thank you! I was wondering wtf because all my recent grows had them. Couldn't understand why I kept getting them or where they came from.
