Non existant. Thats way to risky, because just as easily as you could get an answer someone else could. That someone else could be a cop.

type in prop 215 on cl or clones.
Make sure you discuss paperwork-you and the seller should booth peep out each others paperwork.

i live n the south, we only hate on so cal cause its not as easy for us, man i wish it was. on the risk of sounding stupid, can anyone buy a cutting from a despensary or do u have to have some kind of license?

We are required to obtain a Doctor's prescription. Some counties also require a separate county-issues id card. I paid $160 for my original scrip and $120 a year for renewals.

Well worth it, even though I've only been to the pot-store a couple times. I just like the peace of mind knowing that I won't be going to the "big house" for growing or possessing a little hippy-cabbage.

Of course, we all know that the Feds don't respect Cali law. But the feds won't bust down my door for a dozen plants.

Does your residence have to be Cali in order to obtain a script? Lets say I want to visit now and then, but I live in another state that doesn't have medicinal MJ laws... is there anything I can do?

Lets say you were in cali.Ya buy some of the killer sticky,put it inside of an antique or a tv for that matter.Then ship it home.

Go to a state with good clones-put them in a camel pack water sack -filled with water and fly back with your pack as a carryon....this works.Good luck

I don't believe you would need to be a Cali resident to see a doctor. To get the benefits of having a script you would need to be in Cali at the time though.

My Doctor knows the local laws and has insisted that if I'm ever questioned about my medication, that I should immediately call him on his cell and allow him to speak to the officer. He swears that there is never a problem after his discussion. I've got his number in my wallet if it's ever needed.

I don't think the laws here are valid there. It couldn't hurt, unless you dislike being laughed out of court.
