What's up guys?

It's been a while.



I'm back with bigger and better updates now.
This site has endlessly helped me over the years.
I've been using its resources for quite some time now
and it's finally time to share what I've learned and also some experiences.


I will be posting updates immediately following this post and show whats been going on in RollUpMikey's life.

This was a grow I did last year.




Setup:

400w HPS
Air cooled hood
32" x 32" x 6ft no brand tent
Four 5gal buckets(square) with catch trays
40/40 FF Happy Frog/FF Ocean Forest + 20% Perlite(mixed)


Strains (Clones):

3 - SnowDream(Snow White x Blue Dream) - (From local dispensary)
1 - Purple Diesel(Purple Kush x Sour D)) - (From Local Dispensary)

Next, I'm going be showing you my current grow that's inside in a tent on it's 7th week flowering.

Then I'll be getting into my new place with my lady and Nice sized back yard here in the Cali Bay Area. We will be growing this year "outdoors" for the first time as medical cannabis patients.

Its gonna be a good year for us

Same Tent

-Got rid of 400w HPS and got Dual 150w HPS's w/4 CFL's(side lighting)(biggest CFL's that Home D carried)

Nutes:
House and Garden Soil Line up + M.O.A.B, organic molasses, + extra's

MISC:
- 4 - 1gal bottles of DIY C02 Generator(changed every week)
(Ratio: 2 cups white sugar + .5 pack yeast + 6 cups warm water/Fish tubing from pet store + Super Glue)
- Orca Film instead of Mylar
- 60% FF OF - 40% Perlite
- DampRid buckets
- Yellow bug traps

Strains:
2 Cannatonic(MK Ultra x G 13 Haze)-(VERY HIGH CBD %)-(From Friend "B")
1 Platinum Cherry Pie Kush(From Friend"A")
1 Girl Scout Cookie(From Friend"A")

Story:
I originally wanted to do 1 HUGE female from clone under the dual 150's & 4 huge CFL's.
Went with Cannatonic cause the high CBD genetics intrigued me(similar to Harlequin).
1 week of veg went by after the clone from my buddy was given to me already as a teen, then my other (A)buddy tells me he has PCP & GSC genetics... So of course I had to restrategize quickly and decided that I'll do a total of 4 in my tent and grab 1 more CTC from my other (B)buddy. As Unfortunate as it was, the GSC hermied in week 2 of flower.. garbage. 2 weeks later, the PCP hermies.. garbage. But I did manage to keep some of the pollen from the PCP and I succesfully pollinated a couple of the bottom nugs on the smaller of the 2 CTC's. There's about 9 seeds forming so far. They're about 75% formed and chunky as hell. I am now down to the 2 CTC's and that's it. Shitty cause they took up valuble space under such precious lumens for a weeks. I even lollipopped the SHIT of of my big CTC to the point where she can't decide if she's a mother plant or supposed to be SCROG'd hahaha. Can't wait to try out the genetics this Spring under the sun! Gonna be a big year for my lady and I. Stay tuned.

When I got the PCP/GSC
from friend(A) they
rode home(about 40mi) from
my buddies on a cold ass night
in my trunk bouncing around and got all stressed out :

Water:

-I have NOT used any tap water on this grow.
-Pure Water stores are my home for water.
-Since I don't drink tap water, neither will my plants.
-I asked the manager there and he said it's pure Reverse Osmosis(RO)water.(Only the best for my girls haha)




I pre-marked a HD bucket from 1 to 5 gal's and water accordingly. They get watered when they need it. Not at the same time. The RO water is poured into the bucket and an air stone keeps the water aerated with the nutes for an hour. After it bubbles for an hour, I water. It's the best of both worlds(hydro vs soil) when it comes time for the roots to get their aerated water source.













Yes, I use Organic Molasses





It was X-Mas a few weeks ago. I had to at the time.

nice, I use store 5 gallon RO water too... Pain in the ass 30 gallons a week... I wanna get my own R.O system... Nice growing!

I couldn't imagine lugging around 6 of those per week.. i usually make 3 runs for water every week.
That's whats up though. I love watering with RO. $1.25/5gal to the little Asian man at the Pure Water store is good with me.

Well I actually do 3 jugs twice a week... just a pain going there, or if they need water and they are closed... Damn 1.25 for 5? I pay 2.00....
