what happens when you wait too long to harvest?

It will continue to shoot white hairs while it’s “growing”. Even though 80% may be brown today. More new white hairs will continue to shoot out.

It'll be an interesting experiment. I'll take some pics of that white widow now and then once a week for a little while. Just to see. I'm not convinced there is any benefit other than letting all the THC turn into CBD. I'm game, tho.
Dude a week isn’t going to do anything. You’re a month early. You see everyone is telling you the same things right? You think we’re In a conspiracy to get you couch locked?

U ever smoked some primo bud? They grew it to that point. Very little growing happens after you chop the plant down :eyesmoke: :peace:

You make a lot of assumptions. I know you're supposed to ignore the leaves. I'm going to let a white widow go longer and see what happens. From my experience, the longer you let them go the more likely you are to get a herm. I had a purple kush herm once and it ruined two whole plants.
Herm?

been there too buddy. Probably lost over half a pound. It was four plants

I got plenty stocked up right now. Next time I go down in the basement I'll take some photos of my white widow. Start a new thread. Update once a week with new photos. See what happens. If it herms, I win. Or lose. Not sure which is appropriate in that case. LOL!

Herm has more to do with genetics and stress and less with length of time grown. I see why your apprehensive now. It makes more sense once you’ve had a harvest ruined.

ever been in a car accident? You don’t jump out early to limit the risk of an accident? You can’t here either.

You sure about that? Some of the things I've seen people say on this forum, lol.
There's a "Broscience" thread going right now...
Here it is.

People that are really into growing weed don’t want to see sick plants. Sorry. I see one and instantly try and think of things to help. Wish i felt this way about people. :D

Here’s a suggestion. Go through the grow journals and find someone that has some killer buds. Or great looking plants. Follow the thread and don’t be afraid to ask them questions. They will explain why they are doing what they are doing most times as well.

I get triggered too and say shit I shouldn’t. I don’t have a degree in “feelings”.

Aren’t we supposed to help our fellow gardeners out , encourage and lift each other up ?? And those with all this experience shouldn’t we be educating new comers not insulting them ? Each and every one of us were ‘newbies’ at some point am I right ? Idk just saying . Pretty disappointed reading this . Anyway rant over , peace out ✌ happy growing to all !
