What happens next?

Good Day. I am attempting my first grow. This is a Skunk autoflower from GCS and it's 39 days old... 35 in this picture. I have really enjoyed the process to this point, the evolution of these plants is absolutely amazing. I have gained a lot of valuable information from both reading through the forums as well as anytime I've posed a question. The biggest thing that I've learned is that there is NO substitute for first hand experience... reading about what happens isn't the same as seeing what happens.

2 weeks ago this plant was about 7" or 8" tall and I asked on here if I had done something wrong, why wasn't it taller, and a member told me that they thought the plant was right on time and to be patient. It grew 13" over the next 10~12 days... unbelievable!

So, can any more experienced growers tell me what to expect next? Do the flowers evolve or transition into something else? Do they bloom or is this the bloom? It's been in this state for 2 weeks (while growing or "stretching"). I have ordered a 60-120x microscope that should arrive tomorrow, so I haven't yet looked for tricome development yet, but I don't notice a "sugary" coating that I can see when I look at other people's images.
Not really looking for a solution but just some guidance to help me bring this ship to shore.

Thx in advance,
-Breeze

I appreciate the insight guys, as I have none to speak of. What I am having a hard time wrapping my head around is the idea that there is still 6~8 weeks left on this auto. I figured it was 2~3 weeks, 4 weeks tops. I put the seed in the dirt on June 3rd. It has been in flower for 2~3 weeks... closer to 2, which means I only had a 3 to 4 week vegetation stage. Is an 8 ~10 week flowering phase pretty standard on autoflowers in general? Part of the reason I chose autoflowers was for the speed to harvest, but if photos and autos have a similar duration in flower, could I get similar results if I grew a feminized photo on a strict 12/12 schedule? There would be so many more strains available if that's the case.
