what else can be used as ph up?

Hello everyone I'm in a bit of a bind,ran out of ph up and can't make it to the the hydro store till Sat and I was wondering is there something else I can use until then.I would appreciate any help my baby needs to be fed but I have to get this ph up,thanks.

you use more water to bring you ph up , ph/up is just a wast of money man when you just add a little more water with a higher ph then your mix and poof bam its free

that or ill ups you my bottle of ph/up if want to pay for shipping iv used it once since i got it

Well mate... You can add baking soda for pH UP and vinegar for pH DOWN.!!! But you will have to add a bit and retest pH so you don't overdo it! I hope this helps!

Baking Soda is SODIUM bicarbonate. Sodium is toxic to plants. Are you in soil or hydro? Flower or veg? do you any silicate additives? All silicate additives are a ph up. some more than others.

Hello Sidhartha I'm growing in coco a THC Bomb clone I was able to get and I'm in my fourth week of veg,I went ahead and just added more water than the baking soda,water seemed the safest so that will work till I hit the dro store I appreciate the info on the baking soda.

When doing foliar feeding it's ok to use baking soda and vinegar. Using it a lot would damage the plant by building up a concentration of salts in the medium; but to do it once or twice (since you are buying some pH-UP this Sat) using minimum quantities of it is fine! Anyways... adding tap water would do the trick eventually!
