Vero 29 Gen 7 Type C is the current best bang for your buck. 56w = ~60% efficiency, nearly double that of HPS. Timber lights use these but as always DIY will be cheaper.SO what COBS and drivers would you recommend brother?
https://cobkits.com/product/meanwell-hlg-600h-36b/I just need to know what drivers and how many for 12 cxb3590 and im golden
Vero 29 been along for a long time?http://timbergrowlights.com/400-watt-vero29-v7-4-cob-grow-light-kit/
these chips currently better the cree 3590
Jesus will be 6 grand in drivers
About 2 years, but the Gen 7 (new lineup) is about 2 months old.Vero 29 been along for a long time?
The cobs are 51w each, not the driver.Jesus will be 6 grand in drivers
which drivers would you recommend? for the veros and which drivers, theres so many numbersn I dont ubderstand. I'm wating on a quote on the 3590sYou'd need one of those drivers per 12 cobs.
If you're buying that many cobs have you considered getting Vero's or Citizens?
CXB's are about twice the price of Vero/Citi and both the Vero and Citi are more efficient. For the price you'd pay for 96 CXB's (without drivers) you could probably buy 96 Vero and 8 drivers.
dont knont know what you mean brotherTo know what driver to recommend what is your target ppfd?
Also do you want to dim the lights or do you want sunrise and sunset effect?
Cree was the standard until the newer cobs came out The vero citizen and luminus they are all cheaper than cree. By$10-12 a cob
You also need less cobs for the same area a 4x4 needs 10 cree 3590 and the same area needs 8 citizen running at 1.4A each
