What does my plant need?

Im very new to the grow, very basic first wardrobe attempt....experienced advice welcome View attachment 2973587

they need you to invest in a grow book. not being sarcastic but you asked a question that has about a thousand more questions than answers. look for jorge cervantes or greg green books about growing. you can ask here but 60 to 90% of the info you receive might be incorrect so read a book and u will get a general understanding of growing and it will be much easier to tell who is giving good and shitty advice. hope that helps.
