That light is definitely not helping the cause.
You really need to know temp at least.

I wouldn’t spray your seedling.
soak your soil and leave it till it starts to dry.

when I have small plants in a a .5 gal pot. I only water once every 5 days maybe.

does that pot have drain holes?

forget the spray bottle bro, water the pot with .25g of water, stop feeding it and give it more light. dont touch it again until the pot is light

@Bookush34 has the right idea

Are you feeding actual plant nutrients? That sounds like a vitamin formulation.

Appreciate your help guys ❤
Will stop spraying and will water it every 5 days
Water when the pot is dry. Go by weight. Could be 5 days could be 7. All plants will be different.

right now I have 4 plants in 3gal soil.
2x need water every 4days
1x need water ever 3 days
And one is getting water every 2days.
All are the same age.
The plants will use the water faster the bigger and healthier they are.

but you need to let the souls dry out a fair amount before watering again
Constantly wet soil cause a whole aray of problems

Also when you water do it slowly. Allow it to soak in. Then add some more. Until you get a steady drip coming out the bottom. Meaning the soil is soaked and holding all the water it can.

if you water too fast. The water runs along the hard dry dirt. Down the edge of the pot and out.
Soil is not getting a good soak that way.

Defos a pro tip that!

I have found this happens even more with fabric pots. What I do now - is submerge the pot in a layer of water. I use an old cooler box. When you water, its something to do with the fact that the pot is in the water - the soil gets fully saturated and the water doesnt go out the sides. I imagine its got something to do with air flow or lack thereof - causing the water to go down properly. Also - you get the benefit of the roots sucking up water from underneath
