I have calculated my harvest date to be next week but there are a ton of white hairs. Also I'm in the Midwest and don't have great sun light. As well as FirstPage frost should be next week.

Anyways I have pictures of my bitch from a microscope. Thoughts? Advice?

A lot of white hairs still with small buds and a light dusting of goodness, i'd say at last 3 - 4 weeks still. How about 1 more pic of the whole plant including what size pots you're using?
