Hi people
Well what a week , all this time wanting to know why my plants were so small
went to my local hydro outlet and got some good advice
I had very stunted plants , the main stem on my 2 bigger plants was arond 1cm thick yet the plants were only around 10cm high , if you saw my other posts you would have seen them , even starting to get 9 finger shade leves .
The nodes were about 1cm apart (the branches were like growing on top of each other )
I have 20 more fem seeds so i decided to rip the 2 plants up and start again(what a waste of 5 weeks)
They were in way to small pots like you all said (around 20cm in diameter x 35cm high)
When i pulled them up they were almost root bound , the roots filled the whole pot top to bottom.
Anyways i bought a new 5 gal pot and i already had a couple of 3 gal pots.
i left one seedling i have in the potting soil mixed with vermiculite and perlite
But got new CYCO platinum series coco pearl and perlite mix for the other pots.
Should i try to transpant my seedling into a coco pot???
I also have a 20 litre bucket with an air pump in it airating rain water.
I also got new food for them (I were only using seasol witch i got told was the way wrong stuff to use ) as it stunts growth.
I have now Growrite part A and B for vegetive growth , CYCO platinum series Zyme and CYCO platinum series Dr Repair witch treats iron defs.
Germing some new seeds at the mo and see how we go.
I am running a 400 hps around 2 foot off pots.
What do you think??????????????????
