What do you think of this soil? 12-4-9+2MgO+1Fe (Slow Release Fert)

Title say's it all. That's the best soil i can find here in my country. I'm planning to use it for both veg & flower. What's your opinion about this mix?

I don't think it's soil at all..I think that's like fertilizer..for grass. Like your lawn. And not organic:confused: really.

Edit: Never mind, figured out it's a fertilizer. Though i was told it's soil by some. Maybe i misunderstood them, but thanks anyway :p​
