What do you think of my 2x4?

Here's a short video. http://siforek.com/2x4magic.mp4 I have a live webcam on them too. 4 plants, just enough LEDs. Got the 30 pint dehumidifier, a space heater, fans all hooked to sensors keeping it mid 70s F & RH. Also about to run these auto watering gadgets I got a pic of when I was testing the flow. Now there's 1 for each pot pulling from a Reservoir/bucket of PHd goodness with an airstone dropped in it.

Any feedback is appreciated. This is my first real grow. Thanks to prop 64 I only needed my wife's permission :)

Interesting, as I'm an #IoT fanatic.

The auto watering gadgets clear PVC may develop a serious algae problem in the future.

I'm also curious to see how the moisture probes hold up after first run.
Good luck and Godspeed

Watching the thread and def interested. Good luck! as @Cx2H said replace those clear lines with black lines and save yourself a headache later down the road. Easy and cheep fix

Good point about the clear tubing, I'll switch it to black tomorrow :)

As for the watering I think these devices will do ok, although I'll probably water by hand here & there for flushing etc. They seem to do a good job at saturating the soil & letting it dry out enough with my current settings.

Also just got a inkbird controller https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B019Q3K4EI that does multiple day/night modes to replace my other one. Now I can drop the temperature 8-10 degrees at night :)

I really wanted & still want to use something like an arduino or raspberry pi with a bunch of sensors/relays to control everything but just don't have the time right now. For now they're growing good so I'm just crossing my fingers that it all works out.

Can anyone comment on my pics, on the plants etc. I'd really like all the feedback I can get. Thanks

Plants look good to me as far as I can see your lighting could be hiding something though

I had a mild nitrigen deficiency before I started feeding nutrients, I was letting them use up what was in the soil first but other than that I haven't had any problems.

Prior to getting the dehumidifier as I realized my humidity was super high I watched for PM like a hawk, sprayed them with some stuff to make sure.

I also haven't seen a single bug in/around the tent (yet). I got some neam oil I was thinking of spraying as a preventative measure but I'm not sure...

I've even considered messing around with some ultra sonic waves as they say they not only keep bugs away but they help plants grow.

Also with my current setup if it gets too hot during the day the fan kicks on bringing in outside air & pulling hot air from the top of the tent through a filter. Sadly it's all I could manage on my budget as a AC unit would've been better to keep the co2 from my exhale bag in there.

My logic was that it wouldn't pull all the co2 out since it's on very low & pulling from the top of the tent. Thoughts/ideas?

It's not even February & it was gettibg upwards of 90F+ in there durring the day :/
