Hello RIU members,
Firstly I'd just like some feed back on my Royal Queen Quick one(Auto-Fem). She is currently 32 days old, As my first grow I'm pretty sure I've stressed her out a lot more than I should have. She is stunted and started flowering early. Anyway the reason I made the thread is for you guys just to let me know how I'm doing. So here's a few photos of her.

Apart from the stunted growth and early flowering, how does she look?

Second part of the thread is on an attempt to pollenate a female plant my friend gave me. I don't know the exact strain but it's a Purple something (Auto-Fem).

Ok so a couple weeks ago I pulled a male out of my grow tent and moved it to a different location. I then collected the pollen once it was ready. I have given the female a good amount of pollen, by spreading it over the buds and leaves. The male is a BOMB THC (Auto). This is what he looks like.

The female plant my friend gave me is Purple unknown (Auto-Fem). I'm not sure this is going to be successful but I'm happy to try and give it a go. Here's a few photos of her.

Thank you, I know it's not perfect but just taking it as experience I'm not worried about yield and potency really at this point. I'm more in it for the experience and to learn more for my future grows :).

I'm only trying to breed the Purple female strain and the BOMB THC. This is just an experiment, as I'm interested to see what will happen and if it works successfully. Thanks for your feed back Gunnar&Carey!! Much appreciated!:peace:

Ya ima order a few seeds of white rhino start em and veg-flower till i get a male and get a gage green genetics grape stomper "clone" and pollinate the clone then flower that get the seeds find the female grow her huge and take cuttings and dam got my own girls, thank u tho good luck to u as well

I think she's looking good. I wouldn't worry about her flowering so small, autos do that some times. I had a Blue Hymalyan auto that flowered even earlier that yours. Pic proof included =P

Oh that gives me some confidence, pretty keen to see how she turns out. Glad she is looking okay though. Your Blue Hymalyan looks good, yumm! Has it been harvested and smoked? If so how was the smoke?
Would you grow that strain again:)?

Yea she's long gone. That grow was probably about 2 years ago. Smoke was great, I love the blueberry flavor and smell. I ordered 10 seeds and pollinated for more. I love this strain. It gives off a lot of different phenos too. This one was grown at the same time under the same conditions. No purple. blueberry 2 all.jpg
 
Might have to see if Herbies has this strain in stock I'm interested in it, would love a blueberry flavour for sure!! Definitely has some beautiful colours to the strain! :peace::weed:

They also come feminized of course but with autos i like to buy regular seeds and then pollinate for more since you can't clone them ;)
 
UPDATE:
Ok so once having a closer look today at my Purple (unknown strain) female. It looks to me some seeds are pushing out, the colours vary from purple,green and white. I'm not sure if these are premature seeds. I know these photos aren't great but can anyone tell if they look and sound like seeds? I haven't taken any off her to see, I just want your advice first thanks.

its really hard to see...almost looks like a pollen sack...and I am not familiar with seed sounds:confused: so sorry I cant be much help lol:lol:

Looks fine. If you're expecting large yield this run I'd think again.

Breeding? You'll be fine. Grab that pollen and start chucking. I've breed with THC Bomb and they are some hardy plants.

Word of advice. Careful with that pollen.
 
Thanks everyone, yes plan is to breed. Don't care about yield. Just having a go out of interest. I guess I'll just keep a close eye on them and see what happens. I will update in a couple days. Thanks again everyone much appreciated!!bongsmilie:peace:
