What do you guys do when theres no power

Might be a couple days before power comes back on. Right now I am using multiple rechargeable led work lights and light from my window with mini blinds over it. Can't crack them even a little bit. Cant run a generator where I'm at. Dont want my clones to start flowering and dont want to stress the plants currently flowering. Am I worrying too much?

You'll be fine. Just give them enough light so that they don't think it's dark. Keep the light cycle as close to normal as you can while under the minimized light (ie. if you were running 18/6, stick with that).

Personally, I run parts of my grow (pumps, controllers and exhaust fans) off of a 200Ah battery that's connected to my solar configuration if the power goes out. If it's off for more than an hour and flower lights are supposed to be on, I run all of my tent lights and all other equipment with my 9600W gas powered generator.

I wish I could run a generator here. Looks like I need to invest in some more 12v stuff. I have some PC fans running off of 12v car batteries that I charge at a friend's house where theres power. Think I have some rgb flexible strips but I really dont know if they'd be worth the trouble. Had some fresh cuts going in the bubble cloner, but they were done before I made it home. Bummer

They don't need a whole lot of light, just enough so that they don't think it's their dark period is all. They won't grow much under the reduced light, but they won't go into flower either. I know at least two people who have used these touch lights to keep the plants thinking it's daytime under power loss situations.

You're going to be fine.
 
the last power outage i experienced must have been at least 20 years ago. not living in a 3rd world country helps

Well even in the greatest country on earth, there are still severe storms that cause damage to the power grid for thousands of people. Glad you have had a consistent source of power for such a long duration.
 
inverters are super quiet...I bought one of these 10 years ago for emergencies, after a flood..Have not had to use it...yet, but it is whisper quiet. And you can buy an off brand for $500
