So, the facts surrounding Romneys rise to power and his affiliations with the upper crust will have no bearing on the way he governs, his ability to appoint a conservative justice to overturn Roe-V-Wade, his propensity to allow the financial institutions to operate sans rules and regs, his offer of huge tax cuts to the top 10%, his dismanteling of the social safety net, voucherizing medicade, privatizing social security, etc., will be no different than another Obama presidency. I'm afraid you've drunk the coolaid my friend. I'd like to know which Romney you are voting for, the middle of the road Romney or the far right Romney. Who knows who will show up. I'm going with the far right one.

I'm sorry. But you misunderstood me. I said they were both guilty. I am voting for Gary Johnson. He is the only candidate who will not prosecute the war on Marijuana. He is the only one who will restore the constitution, and live by his oath of office. Best of all, he is not a bought and paid for politician. :peace:

-international opinion of Obama is by far much more favorable than Romney or GWB
-open the job market immediately - how?
-Obama has a "stranglehold" on energy - how?
-unions are bad - why?
-cut the budget by adding 2 Trillion to the already inflated military budget. Genius!
-simplify tax codes, aka. tax breaks for the rich
-stop putting our kids kids in debt - how? Where do you think that 2 Trillion will come from?
-The division of the people seem to be the older bigot types who want 4 times more for themselves than the rest of the world, white, socially conservatives who don't want homosexuals to have equal rights, who drive SUV's and don't care about environmental or corporate regulations, who go to church every Sunday and see their mistress on Friday or meet up with young men in bathroom stalls, who think abstinence only and pray the gay away are great policies, and everyone else.

romney's plan does affect medicare. without the savings obama put into place, it will be insolvent before they can implement their "give grandma a coupon and let her deal with rising costs" plan.

but why would i expect a kid who can't read a map and can barely operate a lawnmower to do simple math?

A) Slowing down offshore drilling, revoking drilling licenses, not allowing the pipeline, runaway EPA, gov subsidies to green companies (let's not confuse this with investing in green technology please, we gave money to companies to use their present technology) with threats of removing oil subsidies (one time please!)

B) Opening up gulf drilling, adding drilling licenses, allowing the pipeline, continuing oil subsidies, reigning in the EPA...

As a speculator, would you bid the same? Take feelings out of your answer, agreeing or not with policies A or B is not the question. Using logic, can you see how policies could possibly have an effect on gas prices?

Let's not forget that the US dollar is the unit Oil is traded in. The Fed has manipulated the dollar a bit too. Compare us to the Canadian dollar today and 4 years ago. So many factors..

We produce more gasoline in this country than at any time in the Bush administration. Our biggest export is..... gasoline. And you think that producing more would do anything but allow oil companies to export even more? Oil companies are already subsidized to drill on your and my land, using your and my dollars, given tax breaks when the oil is depleated and you want to give them even more opportunity to drill, maybe they will take pity on us and lower the price? Is that what you are hoping for? the largess of big business and the 1 percent?

Obama stole 700 billion from medicare and called it savings. It is new math.... Old people are not stupid and are not buying it...

Obama's plan is to push everyone into Obamacare, fuck the people who like their doctors and plans right now. He lied about you being able to keep your plan and doctor, he lied about Obamacare lowering rates for people, he lied about every aspect of the program.

But you just keep grabbing onto anyone who says you can have more for less... What should I expect from an unemployed dumbass living off his wife and her parents...

Wow - you actually believe this? did you know that part timers who don't want to be are now on the rise? why? cause unions aren't demanding that companies hire them full time. So they get a few hours here and there and when business gets better, they hire more people rather than have to pay the ones they have on part time any benifits.

Obama care? as I said, people will be dropped from their insurance carriers - like those with prexisting conditions, and youth under 26. Health insurance companies will continue to rape those they insure and send those who actually need their help packing.

It is saber rattling that alientates allies. It is refusing to acknowlege reality that has our enemies emboldened. Energy prices will go where they go, as I said before -
