A lot of times what comes out is worth more than what goes in, like if I eat 47 dollars worth on tuesday I put 48 dollars worth out on thursday. I feel like a money making machine.

get a japanese sweet potato (they're kinda purple on the outside and white-ish eggplant like texture potato inside)

preheat oven to 350

wash it off and wrap it in parchment paper

cook for 1 1/2 h

take out, cut open and kinda mash insides, fill with organic butter and organic raw blue agave sprinkle with salt and pepper...

and enjoy the best thing ever...
