When everything around your plant is dying making your plants stick out like Obama on a hockey team for lack of a better analogy.

You could always go to home depot or lowes and pick up some cheap thick bushes to replant around your plants?

choose a better spot next year ?

Dead or dying plants will attract bugs, can you pull out all the stuff that is dying? I know u need cover but maybe get a few big trash cans or something like that. The bugs will come.

Pull them out because fungus and pest or you could try to bring those plants back to life with water and a small dose of fertilizer or go to a local nursery and pick up a plants for foliage cover.

Everyone is giving really good idea such as the local nursuries and the foliage cover, I would completely agree with all of them especially the nursery idea.

If it rains good will the existing vegetation spring back?, nothing's diseased, but things have been on the drier side this year.

The big question that no one has asked yet is do you know why they are dying? If it's just a seasonal thing then going to get new plants are still going to make them stick out because it's uncharacteristic for the season. If they are dying because of some pest or other issue I would want to get my plants out of there ASAP or figure out what the issue is. If they are too far along and can't move them I would say cross your fingers and hope for the best. Good luck man! Please let us know what you decide. It will help others that may run into this issue in the future.
