What do you all think this is?

UPDATE:
When I first seen this (issue) I was thinking it was light related but wasn't sure but moved light up just in case. I forgot to take a pic yesterday but it looks way better 90% of that dark color was gone.
I'll get a pic later today.

Yeah i was scared to do it too.. but i found many guides... took about the middle road between nuts and lightly defoliate.....and it worked out good for me on those lower buds sites...

I see so many different opinions about doing it during flower. I had mine with 3 or 4 nodes from the top then flipped. It turned into a mess cause I was afraid to do it after stretch. Guess I'll just do it next time.
 
just gotta go for it.....I had never lst''d a plant before... all my experience was outdoor.. which to me is a completely different world.....But after a few bends it was simple.
 
I'm gonna make more effort on this one as far as defoliation and keeping her lollipopped no more than 4 nodes down from top. Just can't decide if I want to stay with 10 mains or, top and train outer 4 and have 14 mains. Thoughts, opinions?

Same here, but bought from the same seed bank. 3 different grows of gg#4 from the same seed order produced two totally different variants. Same everything, nutes, lighting…. Out of 12 plants only 2 had gg#4 characteristics and the rest were more like sour diesel in taste with far less potency.
Unless you’re getting good known genetics from a clone, it’s a crapshoot buying from seed banks. Luckily I got a couple of seeds from the “good” plants and plan to clone them if they show good genetics.
