Please let me what u think of my plants....I dont know if the one is savable?? This is my first time and I didnt relize that there was so much involved in growing.....and where can u get the lights that are needed?? I just got a plant light and a flurocesent light.....thanks

go to a hydro shop, they have the lights, if you can afford HID lights (HPS) it's best. if not, CFLs will do.

but forget about these plants - if you wanna grow, do some reading before and do it right, it's big fun but indeed a LOT is involved.

^^^This and also keep one plant per pot. Looks like you have several popping up in the same pots.

You may also want to get a straw to support them as theres on in the pictures thats bent right over'
like tip top toker said you want them light's within 2-3 inchs away from the tops of the plants.
You will pick things up as you go along but you also want to do alot of reading on things and how they work, i found that out the hard way and fucked my first grow up 3 weeks into flowering.

Reiterating what was already said...get them lights a lot closer. I just noticed in the one pic that you have one light like 6' above the plants! That's why they are all skinny and anemic looking. I'm no master cultivator but I read threads and threads here before I ever germinated a seed! I'd never have gotten as far as I currently am without the knowledge contained here at RIU. You're gonna need several more lights unless you can afford to get a good HPS light. If you're on a budget (like me) you can use CFL's. There is an amazing amount of info on growing with CFL's here, what wattage to use, what color spectrum for which stage, soils, nutes etc.......Good luck and happy growing!
