Okay so how should I got about setting up the light + chain, and getting the mylar in there and all that???

The cover is VERY easy to remove so I need a better system for securing it, and im not sure if I should just cut a big square and remove the speakers or keep them there for more stealth. If I keep the speakers intact how am I suppose to line it with mylar and stuff? The speakers are easy to remove...just a couple screws.

Where could I get these at?

The temp stays around 76 in the case....its winter time but its 74 degrees in my house.
my bad i found the 200w bulbs but there 120$
try these full spectrum 2 bulbs might be the best value if your going with cfl's. even the mid grade ones would work. in time i want to upgrade to the fs2's 105w.
how many plants are you planning to have, you have room for like 1 plant per speaker
I probably will grow one plant in each speaker like you said, but if it looks like there is more room then I'll throw another one in there... still waiting for my fucking seeds to sprout... day 7. I'm going to use the pc case for cloning and germinating.

I would somehow cut the fronts (the round rings that screw down) off of the speakers and remove the actuall back part with the magnet on, you would have to get some speaker material to cover the bottom 3 tho, then they will just look like normal speakers

Anyone have any ideas about getting the speaker setup?
i would line the speaker covers with black plastic so light doesnt come through the screen. then i would cut the whole front off "smaller than the grill" that way your not reaching through the holes to get to the plant plus you wont be able to pull the full grown plantout of a 8" hole..

oh yeah just a ? are you a black dude ?? only my black friends keep their houses that warm, 74degrees???

I was going to cut a square hole out of the front around the speakers and put a hinge on the inside of the case to make a door. Sound good? I hope I dont cut my hand off with the blade lol. No im not black if you look at my pictures my hand is white.

Ok here is what i would do, you want your door on the back of the speaker it wants to be the full back if ya can so this way anything that grows in there will fit through the hole, also it will help with light leaks (if ya have your speakers placed agains a wall)

Idealy you want the spaker covers only, you dont want the backs of the speakers on the inside getting in the way, but i notice the bottom 3 dont have covers, so id either find some to stick over the holes or fabricate some, not that hard

then im sure you know this already, have a pc fan fitted to the top speaker hole pulling heat out and another pc fan fitted to the bottom 1 pulling air in, board the middle speaker holes off on the inside, also use some speaker material over the open holes to keep the light out

Should I put the door on the back or front? The front is covered by the black face plate... so I way going to put the door there, but the back sounds like a good idea I just don't to do a bad job cutting the speaker and it be clearly noticeable that there is a door..

You would be better off with something like this, drill a pilot hole in the corner then insert the blade n cut your perfect hole, use what ever you got tho if you think you can make a good job of it

I think you will be fine with the circular saw ! But you might not neet it maybe you can pry the backs loose with a flathead screwdriver or a paint scraper?? I would hat to see you lose a finger but if you are ok with the circular saw just saw around the lip on the back with the speaker laying on its face just cut the whole back off.
